Keeping Everyone safe During the Pandemic

It is our aim to do our part to help everyone stay safe during this time.

In order to maintain the safest possible work environment our policy is

General Precautions

All window cleaning and related work outside will continue in harmony with latest government guidelines.
No inside window cleaning will be done at this time in order to minimise risks to customers and workers.
When communicating between ourselves and customers, in the first instance every effort will be made by us to do this either by phone or electronically (text messaging / email etc...). If face to face communication is needed this will be done strictly according to PHE (Public Health England) guidance, using face masks and maintaining proper social distancing.

Payments

During this time it is preferred that payments be made by electronic bank transfer.
We understand that Electronic payment may not be possible for many of our customers and they may wish to pay by other means. As a second means of payment, Cheques are accepted.
Some customers prefer to pay using cash. We are still accepting cash but we are not giving change during this period of time. Any excess payment will be taken off of the bill for the next regular clean.

Quoting For New Work

In order to meet the needs of new customers we will continue to provide quotes on request. In order to provide these quotes safely we will communicate with customers in harmony with the precautions outlined above under the heading of 'General Precautions'.
